Stand-Alone Label Applicator

The LA2100-PR was designed and built from the ground up to address the growing need for a simple to operate electric round product label applicator.

With the MSSC Label Applicator, you can label virtually any round product. Just step on the footswitch activator to apply labels up to 5 in./127 mm wide; also available is an optional add-on kit that enables the use of 7 in./178 mm wide labels. Products are quickly loaded into the applicator with the unique open carriage design, and a wipe down brush ensures labels are fully and correctly applied to the product. With its tool-free changeover design, sizes on the open bottle support can be changed in seconds. Add a Smart-Jet® BLUE PRO Printer and you can easily print everything from date codes, lot codes, and expiry dates to graphics, bar codes, 2D symbols, and Sunrise 2027 compliant 2D symbols. The LA2100-PR enables you to easily address your toughest labeling challenges.

The easy-to-use product carriage, which can be adjusted without any tools, makes it a perfect fit for numerous applications in wineries, breweries, spices, and nutraceutical industries, to name just a few. The Printer Ready (PR) version lets you print a Best Used By date/lot code on the go by adding a Smart-Jet® BLUE PRO thermal ink jet printer.
