Our comprehensive selection of exceptionally high quality oil-treated paper board is cured in a plant that is solely
dedicated to the production of superior grade oilboard. This curing process, which includes a treatment with a proprietary blend of double-boiled linseed oils, helps resist ink bleed-through. After treatment with the oil, the board is cut with the grain to further strengthen its rigidity, resulting in clean, sharp marks with your stenciling system, including the stencil machine, ink, applicator, and oilboard.
Our production process delivers oilboard than ensures clean, sharp marks with your stenciling system (stencil machine, ink, applicator, oilboard). Further, the high absorption of oil in the board serves to self-lubricate the punches of your stencil machine to extend the life of the machine.
We offer oilboard in two compositions. One is a natural brown color; the other is canary yellow. Both deliver identical, high-level performance.
