Measures, moistens, and cuts reinforced or plain kraft gummed tapes up to 36 inches long with a single stroke of the lever. Has two stops for two different lengths of tape. Repeated strokes of the lever dispense longer lengths.

Double brushes and adjustable water level provide consistent moisture for proper activation of tape glue. Adjustable platen weight for proper pressure on tape as it passes over the brushes.
