The 150 Tapemate II
automatically feeds,
measures, and cuts lengths of pressure-sensitive tape from 1 inch to
99 inches long.
Tape: 3/8" to 2" wide on standard 3"core, maximum
roll diameter 8". Extremely accurate - Length are set in 1/20" increments, plus "Random" button for longer lengths.
Versatile - Unique double pressure rolls can be set
to handle just about any kind of tape without jamming or slipping. Can even dispense adhesive transfer tapes when
equipped with special feed rolls.
Convenient - Cut length of tape is held ready to be
taken by the operator. As soon as the tape is removed, the next piece feeds and cuts automatically. Or, when set
to "Manual", the Tapemate II feeds, cuts, and holds a length for use. After the tape is removed, press the "Cycle Start"
button to dispense the next length.
Safe Operation - The machine stops immediately if anything
contacts the cutter assembly before it cuts the tape. Cycle continues automatically when the obstruction is removed
(if the cutter is physically blocked, the machine shuts itself down to prevent damage. It must then be turned off
and the blockage cleared before it can be re-started). The display window shows the status of the machine at all
times.
Standard Features - All setting are retained
when the Tapemate II is turned off. No need to
re-program the machine each time it is turned off and restarted.
Optional Feature - 150BKS Backstand -
Holds larger rolls of tape up to 13" diameter. No tools required
for installation.
Dispensing speed is adjustable from 1 inch/sec. to 5 inches/sec.
